Koenigsegg Jesko noticed during transportMarch 22, 2019
New model Koenigsegg Jesko presented at the Geneva Motor Show. The supercar is equipped with a 5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. It provides power from 1280 hp (955 kW) to 1600 hp (1193 kW). The maximum torque is 1500 Nm at 5,100 rpm, with more than 1,000 Nm already available in the range between 2,700 and 6,170 rpm. The engine will be paired with a new gearbox, which Koenigsegg called the “Light Speed Transmission”.
The maximum speed is expected to exceed 480 km / h. This will contribute to the system dodger, which were designed specifically to improve aerodynamics. Components include a front splitter of impressive size, a boomerang-shaped rear wing, and an aggressive rear diffuser.
However, as previously emphasized by the head of the company Christian von Koenigsegg, this model does not seek to set a record maximum speed. Jesko 300 released as the first production car, the speed of which reaches 480 km / h. Currently Koenigsegg holds the title of record holder in terms of maximum speed. Achievement established Koenigsegg Agera RS, accelerated to 445.8 km / h.
Photos taken when Jesko was taken away from the exhibition. Interestingly, the supercar shouted to the auto transporter manually. Most likely, the reason lies in the fact that the car would have to maneuver in a really narrow passages with the risk of getting damaged.
