Koenigsegg has completed the production of a hypercar-record holderApril 5, 2018
The company Koenigsegg has completed the production of the RS-version of the hypercar Agera. This version of the model is the owner of five records: the maximum speed for a production car, the fastest car in the acceleration from the place to 400 kilometers per hour with the subsequent stop, the fastest car on the kilometer and mile of the public road and the fastest car that drove along the usual roads.
In total, Koenigsegg released 25 copies of the Agera RS. The last car was a copy made in exchange for the damaged Agera RS Gryphon. It was fully assembled a few days ago.
The full Agera lineup will be completed when the production of two cars of the Final Edition farewell series is completed. After that, Koenigsegg’s production facilities will focus on the release of the Super Hybrid Regera.
Coupe Koenigsegg Agera RS is equipped with a five-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, the output of which on the standard version is 1176 horsepower and 1280 Nm of torque. With the optional package for increasing returns, the figures increase to 1360 forces and 1371 Nm.
