Koenigsegg and Polestar work together on “something exciting”June 3, 2020
Two Swedish carmakers decided to team up to create an “unusual car.” A mysterious novelty will be presented on the west coast of Sweden.
Koenigsegg and Polestar have at least one thing in common – both companies are located in Sweden. but judging by Koenigsegg’s new Instagram post, there’s more similarity between brands than meets the eye.
Koenigsegg shared a photograph showing the front of two cars.
One of them is the new four-seater hypercar Gemera, recently “presented” at the Geneva Motor Show. Another car is the Polestar Precept Concept, another car that was due to debut at the canceled auto show. As for the explanation of the published picture, we are only told that “something exciting is coming, and we only have to wait a bit”.
On Polestar’s Instagram page, a snapshot appeared showing the backs of the above cars. The text of this post is equally vague, although at least we were told that the mysterious novelty will debut on the west coast of Sweden. “Stay with us” is mentioned again.
Unfortunately, our insiders stubbornly remain silent about what Swedish companies can show us in the near future. It can be assumed that the mysterious novelty will have either a fully electric or hybrid power unit, as well as high power and good dynamic characteristics.
