Kia Unveils Electric Concept in Geneva

Kia’s designers, who developed this curious concept, were inspired by the idea that in the world of the future, electric cars are not personal vehicles – at least in the vast majority of cases. It is reported that Imagine By Kia Concept, and this is the name of this exhibition sample, is designed to show to some extent the relationship of people and cars.

As the company specifies separately, “the relationship resonates throughout the design of the concept – from six layers of chrome silver to 21 high-resolution screens in the cabin.”

“Automotive design is what grabs the heart and makes it beat even faster,” said Gregory Guillaume, vice president of design at Kia Motors Europe. “We believe that there is absolutely no reason why this should change simply because the car is electric. That’s why our all-electric concept is designed not only to speed up your pulse, but also to denote our holistic and emotional approach to the electrification of our models. ”

The concept salon Imagine by Kia is really weird. Take at least the above-mentioned screens, which are arranged in such a way as to give a curved feeling to those inside the car. The screen displays all the vital information about the car.

So, Imagine By Kia is the automaker’s first electric car. It is not based on any existing model and unfortunately, we still do not know the detailed specifications of the new product. It was only said that the concept was a compact electric motor with a battery with induction charge, and that the absence of a traditional engine gives it more space to store things in front and behind.
