KIA presented the new Seltos crossover
June 20, 2019Korean brand officially presented the model for the international market. The price tag remains unknown, but the crossover will take the step between the KIA Soul and the Sportage.
As part of a special event held in New Daily, India, a completely new KIA Seltos crossover was introduced. The design of the crossover is made in the modern style of the company with a branded grille, and stylish graphics of the front and rear optics.
Judging by the price segment, LED optics and the declared multimedia with a 10.25-inch display will be offered in expensive trim levels. The basic version is likely to offer simpler optics, an 8-inch display, two front airbags, air conditioning, and simple acoustics.
Depending on the sales market, under the hood, one of three engines can be installed: a 1.6-liter petrol turbo engine for 177 horses; 2.0-liter engine 150 hp, as well as a 1.6-liter turbo diesel with 136 horsepower. Together with them will work automatic transmission on six speed or robotized gearbox on seven gears. Will the proposed four-wheel drive is not reported.
Meanwhile, KIA has decided on the release date of its hybrid sedan KIA K3 PHEV. The new modification of the KIA K3 is now super-efficient.
