Kia prepares for the debut the renewed minivan CarnivalJanuary 19, 2018
Van of Korean brand will change the design of the exterior. Also, the model will receive a new transmission.
Restyling Kia Carnival debuts in South Korea in March this year, local media reported. It is expected that the minivan will receive other bumpers and grille, upgraded headlights and lights. In addition, the model can expand the list of available equipment.
The engines are likely to be the same. In the Korean market Carnival is presented with a gasoline engine 3.3 GDI (280 hp) and a 2.2 E-VGT (202 hp) turbodiesel. At the same time, the eight-speed automatic transmission will replace the six-speed automatic.
The pre-reform minivan costs from 27,550,000 won. Freshened model, probably, will rise in price.
Earlier, another Korean brand renewed its minivan – SsangYong Korando Turismo of the 2019 model year was released to the home market (in other countries the model is known as Stavic or Rodius). The front part of the van was designed in the style of the latest generation G4 Rexton SUV.
