Kia K8’s luxury interior revealed ahead of official debutFebruary 28, 2021
Spy photos have appeared on the Internet showing the luxurious interior of the Kia K8 executive sedan. The pictures show wood veneer accents found throughout, as well as brown leather seats with diamond stitching.
A few days ago, Kia released official press images of the K8 sedan, which also officially marks the end for the current Cadenza / K7 model. The model name change marks a major step for the South Korean sedan.
Kia said that additional information, as well as official images of the new model’s interior, will appear at a later date. But one of the Instagram pages has a set of “spy” photos showing us the interior of the Kia K8.
The steering wheel features an updated Kia logo, but what caught our attention was the horizontal display that extends from the driver’s side to the center of the dash.
In the published photos, which unfortunately cannot boast of good quality, you can see a lot of premium interior elements, such as wood veneer accents that can be found throughout, as well as brown leather seats with diamond stitching.
Another thing you shouldn’t miss is the lack of a gear lever. To replace the conventional lever, it looks like Kia has opted for a rotary knob with a P in the center – similar to the one found on the Sorento crossover and Carnival minivan.
As mentioned, we will soon see more photos of the new interior in official images as Kia prepares to unveil the K8 later this year.
