Kia Forte sample 2020 will receive a version of the GT-LineFebruary 10, 2019
If you like the look of the Kia Forte GT, but you don’t need extra power from the upgraded 1.6-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, the Forte GT-Line was created for you. Sales will start this summer.
The South Korean company Kia held a presentation of its Forte sedan in the GT-Line version at the Chicago auto show. The car is positioned as a sedan 2020 model year.
Looking a bit sportier than the standard model, the Forte GT-Line has a glossy black accent on the false radiator grille, side mirrors and side skirts.
The model also has a glossy black rear spoiler and exclusive 17-inch alloy wheels with graphite trim. Other highlights include red accents and headlights with LED daytime running lights.
Sports style continues in the car. Steering wheel with a sloping lower part and white contrast stitching, light alloy pedals and exclusive sport seats with black fabric upholstery and white contrast stitching.
Although the car looks like a “charged” Forte GT, it is equipped with the not very powerful “atmospheric” 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine producing 147 hp. with a torque of 178 Nm. It is connected to a continuously variable transmission, which transmits power to the front wheels. Full Forte GT boasts a 201-horsepower engine (264 Nm). A 6-speed manual or a 7-speed automatic with double clutch was proposed as a transmission.
Forte GT-Line 2020 will go on sale this summer, and prices will be announced closer to launch.
