The American racer and stuntman Ken Block presented his new rally car, which became the Ford Escort RS Cosworth 1991. In this car, the pilot will take part in a number of rally competitions in the US.
The Ford Escort RS Cosworth, which was originally designed for the rally “group A”, was equipped with an upgraded two-liter four-cylinder supercharged engine. The output of the engine, which works with a seven-speed sequential gearbox, was 400 hp and 550 Nm of torque.
Rally Car received racing livery, which combines retro features, as well as Ken Blok’s proprietary elements in the form of lightning.
Ken Block will perform at the Ford Escort RS Cosworth at the Oregon Trail Rally, New England Forest Rally and Idaho Rally International. Plus, in 2018, the rider must take part in one stage of the WRC, where he will manage the Ford Fiesta RS RX from the M-Sport team.
