Ken Block does crazy things on cars againNovember 25, 2018
This time, the fearless racer chose the 1,400-hp all-wheel drive Ford Mustang.
Professional racing driver Ken Block, who has already become world-famous, decided to surprise his fans again with another “madness”. This time it was decided to take the Ford Mustang, in the version from the tuning studio Hoonicorn. The car existing in one single copy, was shown two years ago. Under its hood was a fairly powerful 845-horsepower engine. We want to note that it is even a little more than the Dodge Demon.
But this power for the mad Ken Block was not enough!
And it was for the rider, the guys from Hoonicorn set about upgrading the Mustang. It is reported that a pair of Garrett turbochargers was added, which increased the power of the 6.7-liter V8 engine to an impressive 1,400 hp. It is reported that some components and assemblies were made for the “monster of speed” to order the well-known companies Switzer Dynamics. A few hours ago, a video appeared on The Hoonigans Youtube channel, in which the tuning studio engineers talk in detail about their creation – unfortunately, not in English that most of us understand.
In addition, as the guys show us these two turbochargers, our attention is also invited to take a look at the “grinding in” in the rear of the car – going into another controlled drift, Ken Block touched the fence a little. Throughout the video, the stories of the guys from the studio Hoonicorn alternate shots with the arrival of Ken Block.
A little earlier, our automobile edition wrote that Ken Block and The Hoonigans team presented the Ford F-150 drift car.
