Just listen to how V12 sounds in the rarest Apollo IESeptember 5, 2018
Hypercar Apollo IE was shot on video during the run on the runway of a private airfield
The authors of the YouTube-channel 19Bozzy92 published a video with the arrival of the most unusual and rare of modern hypercars – Apollo Intensa Emozione (IE) – on the runway of a private airfield in Switzerland. The video, in which you can hear how the V12 engine works and see the car in motion, was taken off during a meeting of members of the local Supercar Owners Club.
Apollo IE is almost entirely made of carbon fiber. Composite elements of the construction are made by the same company that works with Pagani. Hypercar is equipped with a 6.3-liter atmospheric engine V12, developed by Autotecnica Motori. The output of the unit is 780 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque. The box is a six-speed “sequential” Hewland with variable gear ratios and electropneumatic shift paddles.
Aerodynamic elements of Apollo IE at maximum speed generate up to 1350 kilograms of downforce. On this indicator the hypercar approaches the sport prototypes LMP2. The acceleration time to 100 km/h is 2.7 seconds. The maximum speed of IE is 335 kilometers per hour.
