Journalists once again captured the prototype of a brand new Mercedes-Benz S-classJune 7, 2019
Camouflaged prototype of a new generation of executive sedan Mercedes-Benz S-class was seen on public roads. It is reported that the flagship model will be shown next year.
For some time now we have been watching the development of prototypes of the new-generation Mercedes-Benz S-class executive sedan – all of them were very camouflaged, and even the door handles were covered with some kind of panels. Apparently, in one of the most expensive builds will be offered handles with electric.
Now, the journalists got a test car, which allows us to much better see the appearance of the flagship news.
Pay attention to the false grille on which the cameras are installed, which are rumored to be part of the driver assistance systems and autonomous control system. Perhaps we have an expensive version of the long-awaited car.
We barely have time to look into the interior of a full-size sedan, when it turns the corner – this time is not enough to highlight the details of the interior. We don’t even see the large touch screen infotainment system that was in the past spy shots. Perhaps this display is hidden under a special cover, and perhaps this particular S-Class is presented in the basic configuration. As the car pulls away, we see that its rear end is still well wrapped with camouflage film, although the rear lights already seem to have received their serial look.
It is reported that the German flagship model should be shown as a sedan 2021 model year. Representatives of the brand said that the overall exterior design will be evolutionary. The presentation will take place in this case next year.
