The long-awaited new Nissan Murano has received new headlights with LED headlights.

Engineers of the Japanese automobile brand Nissan have begun road tests of the mid-size Murano crossover. Spy photos of the new items were published just a couple of hours ago. Recall that about this car, nothing has been heard since March of this year.

Perhaps the biggest change in the exterior of the updated Nissan Murano can be considered its front part.

The observed prototype received a branded V-shaped false radiator grille. It seems that some elements of the appearance have some similarities with the most “fresh” models of the brand, in particular the Maxima sedan. The headlights received two LED strips, which serve as daytime running lights. Well, the front bumper has remained almost the same, except that a vertical element has appeared in the center – which is too early to say, because it is also hidden by camouflage film.

The back of the updated Japanese crossover is essentially not hidden from the curious glances of journalists – only the taillights are covered with small camouflage. The latter by the way got a slightly different layout.

So far, there is no official data on the composition of the long-awaited motor range of new items. New Nissan Murano is currently offered with a 3.5-liter V6 engine rated at 260 horsepower and 325 Nm of torque. According to rumors, the updated crossover can get a new 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with variable compression function. Its capacity will be 248 hp. (max torque is 380 Nm).
