Jeremy Clarkson engaged in the cultivation and sale of potatoes on his farmMarch 24, 2020
The host of The Grand Tour, Jeremy Clarkson, took up farming. In his free time, he grows vegetables on his farm and sells them.
The journalist is so proud of his harvest that he even posted several pictures on his instagram. He accompanied the photographs with a signature that his grocery shelves were not empty, hinting at a shortage of products in ordinary stores.
Judging by Clarkson’s instagram, in addition to the potatoes on his farm, sheep breeding plays an important role. A week ago, he published videos and photographs of the first offspring of lambs that were born under his strict guidance – the host personally took birth, which he wrote under one of the posts, proudly calling himself a journalist and midwife.
Clarkson became the owner of this farm back in 2009. Before buying, a realtor warned the TV presenter that the land here was absolutely not suitable for growing anything, but he bought the territory anyway.
Besides Clarkson selling potatoes of his own production, he decided to go even further in popularizing farming and last year announced a new television project, “I bought a farm.” As the journalist reported, the shooting has already started, in all eight episodes should be released.
