Jeep says its electric cars will be “the best in the world”December 15, 2019
Jeep has repeatedly stated that it wants to make the most environmentally friendly cars in its class. To do this, the entire lineup will receive electrified options. Moreover, the new electric cars will remain the same Jeeps.
Jeep’s new president, Christian Meunier, announced that he will make the company “the most environmentally friendly SUV brand” in the world. This is noticeable in the desire of the manufacturer to electrify. In addition, as part of the introduction of the Jeep Gladiator in the Australian market, he said that Jeep EVs will be the best in history, and will preserve the spirit of classic SUVs.
Meunier added that the jump in electrification should begin first in three key markets, namely in Europe, China and the United States. If this succeeds, what the global boss should strive for, then the new items will spread in other markets.
We will add that Jeep has already begun its journey to full electrification. Most recently, the network has fresh photos of a hybrid version of Weangler, which will be launched in 2020.
Already in 2021, the entire Jeep lineup will receive hybrid versions. The first electric car will be presented later.
