Jeep Grand Cherokee from B & B became more powerful than Lamborghini Urus
November 11, 2019Tuners from B & B Automobiletechnik presented several updates to the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, which make the already powerful SUV a real “beast.”
For 3,950 euros in Germany, tuners can boost the power of a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 with 717 hp. and 875 Nm of torque to a whopping 800 hp and 985 Nm of torque. The usual modification of the model takes only 3.7 seconds to overcome the mark of 100 km / h, but with the B & B kit this time was reduced to 3.4 s., And the maximum speed increased to 300 km / h. Thus, at least on paper, the Lamborghini Urus, which is 0.2 seconds slower and reaches a top speed of 305 km / h, will not be able to overtake the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk.
If this is too much for some Grand Cherokee Trackhawk owners, then instead of Stage 2, you can order the Stage 1 package, which costs 1,498 euros and increases power to 740 hp. and 900 Nm of torque.
A high-performance stainless steel exhaust system with a damper control is also available, which costs 5,950 euros, as well as a set of sports springs costing 798 euros, which reduces the height by 50 mm.
