Japan has created a fully transparent Honda S2000September 13, 2019
Thanks to fiberglass body panels, you can consider the entire technical stuffing of the model.
At the special event dedicated to the anniversary of the S2000, perhaps the strangest modification of the roadster in history was noticed. It has a completely transparent body. The exhibition was dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the cult model and was held in Japan, on the Twin Ring Motegi highway. Representatives of the company who participated in the creation of the roadster also came here.
Honda engineers in honor of this event put together a special modification of the S2000 with a completely transparent body. Through the panels you can see even the smallest details, thanks to which the roadster functions. This made it possible to clearly demonstrate the level of technological equipment of a sports car.
It is worth noting that the car is fully working and differs from the serial model only in a transparent body. However, Honda representatives said that they are trying to start a roadster as little as possible, as they want to keep it for the museum. In addition, washing a car from dust is much more difficult than a regular one.
Recall that the S2000 roadster was created specifically for the anniversary of the company, 20 years ago. He stayed on the market for 10 years, but in 2009, management decided to remove the model from production. Finally, they released several special, farewell “versions.
