A group of companies from the Italian Piedmont presented an accessible racing electric car Spice-X SX1. The novelty is intended for ring races, slalom and high-speed ascents to the mountain. The manufacturer promises low weight, good handling and dynamic characteristics, as well as low operating costs.

In length, the Spice-X SX1 counts 3827 millimeters, and the width of the sports car is 1695 millimeters. To reduce the cost of the machine, its design does not use expensive materials, so there is not the usual CFRP. This is done to ensure that the Spice-X SX1 could afford young racers.

According to preliminary information, the Spice-X SX1 is equipped with two electric motors mounted on the rear axle. The yield of each is 41 horsepower. Depending on the modification, the sports car can accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.8 or 3.5 seconds. The maximum speed is 160 or 210 kilometers per hour.

The other Italian company, Automobili Turismo e Sport (ATS), also makes available racing cars. At the heart of sports cars ATS Sport Dieci is a steel frame weighing only 55 kilograms, which is equipped with a composite body made of fiberglass. Total weight – 435 kilograms. In the movement of the machine leads the engine from the sport bike CBR1000RR Fireblade, which produces 190 horsepower.
