Italian Fiat Grand Siena sedan survives faceliftAugust 23, 2019
Fiat showed the updated Grand Siena sedan. Changes are purely cosmetic in nature, the manufacturer did not touch the technical “stuffing”.
The second-generation Fiat Grand Siena sedan entered the market back in 2012 and was sold in parallel with the first for four years. In 2018, Fiat presented a new model called Cronos, which was supposed to replace the Grand Siena. In fact, this sedan not only did not stop its life cycle, but also updated. The restyling carried out cannot be called cardinal: all changes are external in nature. So, the radiator grill gets a black frame instead of chrome, and the car itself gets a new logo on the trunk lid, an expanded color palette and an original design of the rims. But inside the sedan there were no changes.
Already in the database, the updated Fiat Grand Siena is equipped with ABS, two airbags, air conditioning and power steering. Optional rear parking sensors and audio system.
The engine range also remained the same: these are liter and 1.4-liter “fours” running on gasoline or ethanol. The return of the “younger” power unit is 73-75 hp, the second – 85-88 liters. with. The role of the transmission is performed by 5 speed manual transmission.
We will remind, earlier it became known that the Volvo S60 sedan became a hybrid and received a new version. In this design, this model has become more competitive.
