Introducing the shocking supercar Felino CB7RFebruary 3, 2020
Canadian supercar maker Felino has posted images of its new CB7R supercar. The official demonstration of new items is scheduled for the end of this year.
The manufacturer of exotic supercars – the Canadian company Felino, has just unveiled its new sports car, which received the designation CB7R. The novelty “is aimed at an experienced clientele of sports driving enthusiasts and seeks to compete with large international manufacturers in the segment of high-end supercars,” the company said in an official press release.
If the form of a two-seater is familiar to you, then this is because the previous model of the brand – CB7 had a similar design. According to Felino representatives, the new CB7R is essentially a highly modernized version of the CB7.
The suffix R means “road”, which means that it is the same hardcore sports car that is allowed to drive on public roads.
“Developed by a team of professional racers, the new CB7R has a 6.2-liter V8 engine under the hood with 525 horsepower (659 Nm) of power. The car can also be ordered with a 7.0-liter V8, which is designed for 700 hp. “(786 Nm), which provides acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in just 2.9 seconds.”
Regardless of the choice of engine, the brake system uses 390 mm six-piston front rotors and 378 mm four-piston rear. The body is made of a mixture of carbon fiber and composite materials, so the machine weighs 1,135 kg with an ideal balance of 50:50 between two axles.
There is also an even more “tough” version of the new product, which has received the designation CB7 +. It is distinguished by another aerodynamic body kit and also has a lower weight. The automaker says it’s the wildest car he has ever designed, and plans to release it in limited numbers. The official demonstration of new items is scheduled for the end of this year. Prices should range from 360,000 to 660,000 dollars
