Introduced the new crossover Infiniti QX55November 18, 2020
Infiniti unveiled the new QX55 crossover. The cost of the new item has not yet been disclosed.
The new crossover’s roofline is a tribute to the 2003 Infiniti FX’s similar silhouette. Curved lines play a big role in the styling of the new model, as do the raised, rounded sections of the hood. At the front, there is a large grille with a three-dimensional pattern, drawing inspiration from origami.
The QX55 is available in eight body colors: Dynamic Sunstone Red, Slate Gray, Majestic White, Liquid Platinum, Graphite Shadow, Mineral Black, Black Obsidian and Hermosa Blue ). As for the technical part of the new model, it is equipped with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbo engine with a capacity of 268 hp. and 380 Nm of torque. The motor functions in conjunction with a CVT and an all-wheel drive system.
Inside, the QX55 features an 8-inch infotainment screen with Apply CarPlay and Android Auto support and a 7-inch monitor for some of the car’s functions, plus three USB Type-A ports and one Type-C port.
The novelty of the Japanese brand will be offered in three trim levels: Luxe, Essential and Sensory, each of which will have standard LED headlamps, a tinted electric sunroof and heated front seats. In turn, sales of QX55 should start in the first half of next year.
In addition, some time ago, the Japanese company Infiniti showed the updated model Q60. It should be emphasized that the only external innovation that the model received was the rain-sensitive windshield wipers.
