Introduced Extreme Three-Door Mini John Cooper Works GP PackJune 10, 2020
In essence, the auto-novelty announced by the manufacturer is a standard modification of the JCW, which received a spectacular body kit.
The debut of the “infected” Mini compact hatch took place in the fall of 2019. The company presented an extreme two-seater John Cooper Works GP with a 306-horsepower engine, improved aerodynamics and an upgraded chassis. The manufacturer limited the circulation of the novelty to around 3,000 cars.
For those who did not have time to purchase a hot hatch from Mini, the brand has prepared another “three-door” with a special decor. This is the Mini John Cooper Works GP Pack. From a distance, the novelty can be mistaken for a regular GP. So, the car performed by the GP Pack is painted in a stylish dark gray shade, familiar to Mini fans by the GP model.
The new hatchback receives a modified rear spoiler, 18-inch wheels, “GP” nameplates on the exterior and inside, as well as silver-plated mirror housings.
For an additional fee, the car will be equipped with carbon fiber elements – this is the air intake housing on the hood, the handbrake handle, the tailgate handle, etc.
Under the hood of the GP Pack version, the 231-horsepower engine familiar to the JCW is hidden. Interestingly, the original Mini John Cooper Works GP still came out much more aggressive than the new GP Pack.
Recall, earlier our portal said that the company Mini can release a large SUV. The novelty will help the brand strengthen its position in the market.
