Indian company DC Design has presented at the motor show in Delhi own modification of the off-road car Mahindra Thar – Hammer. The car received a hard roof, modified bumpers and wider front wings. This is reported by Motoroids.
In addition to the exterior, the SUV also changed the interior: they installed new door panels with leather trim, the roof mounted LED lighting, stylized the center console and was equipped with separate rear seats.
The Mahindra Thar SUV is equipped with a 2.5-liter diesel engine delivering 105 horsepower and 247 Nm of torque. The transmission is a five-speed manual with a lowering row. The rear axle has a self-locking differential.
At Auto Expo 2018 debuted another novelty from DC Design – mid-engine sport car TCA, whose name stands for “titanium, carbon and aluminum.” The car received a 3.8-liter V8 engine with a power of 320 horsepower and a six-speed automatic transmission. To accelerate to 100 kilometers per hour DC TCA need 4.5 seconds.
The first DC Design machine appeared in 2012. It was the Avanti sports car, equipped with a 265-strong Ford turbo, Later appeared the 310-strong version of the car with the engine from the hot-hatches Renault Megane RS.
