Indian FTR1200 Rally 2020 introduced at EICMA 2019November 10, 2019
At the EICMA 2019 exhibition, which opened its doors on November 7th, the rally version of the Indian FTR1200 was presented. Technically, this is the same basic equipment of a motorcycle, however, the novelty looks different.
Last year, the American motorcycle manufacturer Indian Motorcycle introduced Indian FTR1200 and 1200S, as well as many additions to them. Thanks to the catalog, it was possible to customize them at will, turning it into a tourist or conditionally off-road motorcycle. It would have to spend about 2-3 thousand dollars.
However, now at the EICMA 2019 exhibition the Indian FTR1200 Rally 2020 equipment is presented. Technically, this is the basic version of the Indian FTR1200, but in appearance it is a completely different motorcycle that meets all the canons of serial scramblers.
Like the basic version, the Rally FTR1200 is equipped with a 1203cc V-engine delivering 123hp power, a 43mm inverted fork and Brembo radial brakes working together with 320mm brake discs.
This equipment is particularly distinguished by its spoke wheels worn on special tires Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR. The motorcycle is also distinguished by a ProTaper wheel, overpriced by 50 millimeters, a stylish brown seat, a shield over the LED headlight and a matte gray color.
Indian FTR1200 Rally 2020 should not appear on the market until next spring, and the cost is still unknown. However, it will not differ much from the price of the regular version of the FTR1200.
We previously reported that Indian introduced the Challenger bagger with the most powerful V-twin engine. The motorcycle features an impressive fairing, similar to the compressed front of the car.
