British company Moke International has revived the iconic Mini Moke SUV, the civilian version of which was first released in 1964.
The retro car will be limited to 56 pieces. As informs on Wednesday, September 16, the portal Autocar, those who wish to become the owner of a car will have to pay at least 20,000 pounds.
Although the revived buggy is equipped with the original chassis, it is reinforced with high-strength steel. In addition, the specialists had to modernize the car’s braking system.
As for the powertrain of the revived front-wheel drive model, it is equipped with a new 67-horsepower 4-cylinder 1.1-liter petrol engine. Together with the unit, both a 4-speed automatic transmission and a manual transmission with a similar number of steps can function. The revived Mini Moke can accelerate to a maximum of 110 km / h.
A total of 14 body paint options are available. The SUV has a chrome-plated radiator grille, round headlights, special nameplates, and 13-inch rims. Inside, in turn, it is worth noting the appearance of USB ports, radio and new seats with waterproof upholstery. In addition, the car received a power steering wheel and heated windshield.
