In the lineup of the new Peugeot 308 crossover will appearDecember 18, 2019
According to the agency L`Argus, the new generation of the Peugeot 308 will receive a cross-version.
So, with the update of the Peugeot 308, scheduled for 2021, the crossover will replenish the lineup of the model along with a station wagon and a 5-door hatchback. The cross-variation of the car will be distinguished by the presence of increased clearance, special body kit and roof rails.
According to the plan, the new Peugeot 308 will be produced at the French Mulhouse plant. Currently, the company produces the station wagon and liftback Peugeot 508, as well as the DS7 Crossback. And from 2021, the updated Peugeot 308 should join them.
It is assumed that the new generation Peugeot 308 will be equipped with gasoline and diesel engines, as well as a fully electric power unit.
It should be noted that the second generation Peugeot 308 model was shown in 2013, and in 2017 the car went through cosmetic restyling. It is expected that the novelty will debut in the spring of 2021.
