In the Himalayas found “Land of Land Rovers”August 13, 2018
The company Land Rover, in honor of its 70th anniversary, has recovered to a remote area of the Himalayan region to tell about the lives of local residents. This area is known as the “Land of Land Rovers”, as people who live here often move on classic British SUVs.
The remote rural community in West Bengal is located at an altitude of 3636 meters above sea level. The 31-kilometer mountain road connects it with the nearest village of Maneibkhanjan. For locals, locals use an off-road vehicle park, which consists of 42 classic Land Rovers.
At the end of last month, the British manufacturer managed to collect in one place a record number of SUVs. Achievement – 640 brand cars were lined up in the column – it was fixed at the Billing Off-Road Show.
