The Italian company Ferrari is preparing to present its new supercar – Ferrari SF90 Stradale to the world community. Warming up the fans’ interest in the future novelty, the brand shared a curious video recording, where the hybrid SF90 Stradale appears before us in all its glory.
The first hybrid car bearing the Ferrari logo is called the SF90 Stradale. It is known that for the performance of such a supercar, in addition to the four-liter turbocharged V8, three electric motors with a 7.9 kWh lithium-ion battery are responsible. Power reserve on one electric, according to the developers, is 25 kilometers. On the official YouTube channel of the brand, a video was posted revealing some of the most significant and interesting details about the future debutant.
The company decided to tell its customers how the plug-in hybrid system works. A little more than three minutes it took the creators of the video to demonstrate several modes of movement of the supercar.
For example, in the first one, called eD, the hybrid SF90 Stradale is powered only by two front electric motors of the Race-e system and a battery. It looks like the world’s first front-wheel drive Ferrari. The video also introduces recuperative braking to Internet users, which helps keep the battery charged as long as possible.
