A renderer created by an independent artist appeared on the Internet. He introduced a modern version of the rally hatchback Ford Escort RS Cosworth. This car has not been mass-produced for several years.
The Ford Escort RS Cosworth was the fastest, wildest and most extreme version of the fifth-generation Escort hatchback. This car was created specifically for participation in rally races. It is worth noting that it is still considered by many fans of the American brand as one of the best models in the history of Ford. A couple of minutes ago, an independent designer published his vision of what the legend of the last century would look like today.
Matthew Parsons – this is the name of this designer, offers a new look at the two-door “hot” hatchback. He used some of the design elements that distinguished the 1990 Ford Escort RS Cosworth.
To be honest, we like the resulting proportions and sizes of this virtual car, but the modernist atmosphere partially kills the rally-inspired look of the original Escort Cosworth.
Nevertheless, several new touches, including a fixed rear wing, a massive rear diffuser with tailpipes integrated into it, the shape of the rear lights, and the wheel design, make this rendering quite attractive. We can imagine that under the hood of this virtual car is a hybrid four-cylinder turbocharged engine that drives all four wheels.
The power plant rally hatchback Escort Cosworth was equal to 227 horsepower.
