March 6, 2020 The assembly of new items will begin at the enterprise of a German manufacturer in China in the second half of this year
On the eve of the web appeared images of new items from the German auto giant BMW. We are talking about the electric version of the iX3 crossover, the production of which should begin this year. On the teaser, you can consider the novelty without camouflage. Note that the photo was provided by the official representative of BMW, so we can see on it what the serial version will look like.
There were no special surprises in appearance – the car almost completely repeats the exterior of the current generation BMW X3 with a classic ICE. The main difference will be the presence of the electric version of the decorative strip in blue on the grille. There will also be a nameplate on the body, indicating that it belongs to the electric version.
The main technical details are already known – the car will receive a powerful 286-horsepower electric motor. Cruising range without recharging will be about 440 kilometers.
The assembly of the BMW iX3 will be established at the Chinese Brilliance Automotive plant, and from there it will be exported to other world markets. The first customers are expected to receive new cars in early 2021.
