Hyundai Tucson show on teaserJuly 21, 2020
The interior of the expected novelty can turn out to be very technological and repeats the ideas of the recently presented Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Hyundai is preparing an update to its Tucson mid-size crossover. The next generation of the car should hit the market in 2021. The car has more than once found itself in the lenses of spy cameras, on the basis of which renders were created. A teaser image of the interior was shown online. The image was found on the forum of one of the French sites. At the same time, Hyundai is currently denying any involvement in this image.
The head of the brand’s design department, Sangup Lee, has already stated several times that in terms of aesthetics, the new car is intended to seriously surprise the public. Therefore, the teasers that have appeared may well turn out to be close to reality. The interior of the car primarily attracts attention by the almost complete absence of physical buttons – behind the wheel there is a slightly raised instrument panel, and in the center we see a large infotainment complex. We saw a very similar salon in the 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class, which was shown recently.
On Hyundai Tucson teasers, the climate control unit is designed as a separate sensor module.
The official premiere of Hyundai Tucson is expected to take place before the end of this year. However, the exact date and even the month are still unknown.
Meanwhile, the motor range of the new Hyundai Tucson has become fully known. It will consist of four power units. The powerful 2.5 T-GDI engine, as well as the new hybrid power plant, are of great interest.
