Hyundai Tucson new generation will receive a logo on the rear windowJuly 28, 2020
The fourth generation of the Hyundai Tucson cross will amaze with the design not only of the front part – the developers of the Korean brand have tried to make the new product unique in all respects.
So, judging by the fresh spy photos that appeared on the network in the novelty, the logo will move to the rear window, and the model name itself will at the same time be in the center under the license plate. Otherwise, the exterior of the updated Tucson will be made in the style of the Vision T prototype.
Taking inspiration from the salons of German sports cars, Hyundai has adapted the interior space for the driver – all the necessary control details and the head unit screen are deployed in his direction. The new Tucson uses buttons to replace the mechanical gear selector, and the steering wheel is borrowed from the latest Sonata generation.
The novelty will be built on a modern platform, which made it possible to increase the size of the cross, for this reason, Tucson will now be able to compete with the Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V.
The new generation Tucson engine range will be represented by an improved 2.0-liter CRDi diesel engine with increased performance and a gasoline 180-horsepower 1.6-liter turbo engine. Later in the lineup, a variation of the N-Line is expected, which will receive a 230-horsepower 1.6-liter turbo engine and a 290-horsepower 2.5-liter G2.5 T-GDi unit.
