Hyundai starts selling Tucson crossover with an external N Line packageMarch 22, 2019
For the Hyundai Tucson crossover, a new N Line version will be available soon. The “package” of external parts makes the crossover more aggressive both inside and outside, and also introduces some improvements in the technical part of the car.
After last year, sports body kits from the sports division Hyundai N were presented for the i30 hatchback and fastback, the South Korean company decided to “dress up” and a compact Tucson crossover.
It turns out that the crossover Hyundai Tucson performed by the N Line has some technical updates.
It is reported that Hyundai engineers have set up steering, as well as “twirled” the suspension to provide a more pleasant driving experience. For example, the springs are stiffer by 8% at the front and 5% at the back.
The novelty has received a large 19-inch alloy wheels of dark color, the side mirrors and the rear spoiler on the roof. It is worth noting also the dark mesh pattern of the grille, modified LED daytime running lights. Sports seats appeared in the cabin, and on the seats and on the gearshift lever there is a red line, light-alloy pedals are installed, and the cabin has logos of exclusive performance here and there.
Compared with the standard version of the crossover, Hyundai Tucson N Line did not get more power. Available with a choice of front and four-wheel drive along with a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the new Hyundai Tucson N Line can be ordered with a 4-cylinder 1.6-liter engine with 174 hp, as well as a diesel 1.6-and 2.0-liter engine, with a capacity of 134 and 182 hp respectively.
