Hyundai shows how the new Sonata can park on its own

The press service of the South Korean brand has published a commercial dedicated to the Hyundai Sonata 2020 business sedan model year. Particular attention is paid to the Smaht Pahk system. The car can park on its own.

Hyundai, a South Korean company, recently unveiled a brand new version of its Sonata business sedan. I must say that the automaker spends a lot of money on an advertising company for its new model year 2020. This 60-second video was created specifically for the U.S. Football Super Cup.

The main purpose of this commercial is to demonstrate how the Smaht Pahk function works in the new Sonata. We are shown how a car drives into a rather narrow parking space on its own.

Of course, it is worth noting in this video the famous actors Chris Evans, Rachel Dratch, John Krasinski, as well as former Boston Red Sox player David Ortiz. The commercial begins with Evans and Dratch watching as a sedan, which is not owned by the Hyundai brand, is trying to squeeze into a small parking space. After several attempts, the driver gives up and decides to leave his car in another place. Then Krasinsky drives up on the new Hyundai Sonata and tries to squeeze into the same place.

Evans and Dratch are trying to dissuade Krasinsky, but in the South Korean sedan there is a Smaht Pahk function (smart parking – editorial note), about which he tells his comrades. Then begins the “verbal” skirmish, in which the phrase “Smaht Pahk” sounds very often. On my own, I note that the advertisement looks interesting.
