Hyundai Corporation Unveiled 2 More Prototypes for SEMA Auto Show
The first is called the Bisimoto VelosterRaptor N and is positioned as the “Honda Civic Type R killer,” the second is based on a rally based on the Kona model.
The Bisimoto Veloster Raptor N Concept was created with the support of tuners from Bisimoto Engineering. The project is based on the mass model Veloster N, which received the Performance package. “Type R Killer” – as the Japanese brand is called a hot hatch – received a new turbocharger, intercooler, a set of methanol-water injection system, high-flow inlet and outlet. The performance of the engine, also equipped with an upgraded boost, is 320 hp.
The Honda Civic Type R, which will compete with Hyundai, is driven by a 2-liter turbo engine with a return of 320 horsepower. Up to 100 km / h it accelerates in 5.7 seconds.
VelosterRaptor N Concept was also equipped with Tarox front brakes, Fifteen52 wheels, another spoiler, an Eibach lowered suspension with electronically controlled shock absorbers and Momo seats.
The Kona Ultimate Concept received an upgraded King suspension, 16-inch Motegi rally wheels with 30-inch Mickey Thompson tires. The model was also equipped with additional Baja Design light, Magnaflow exhaust system, R1 Concepts brakes and Kicker audio system. Engine 1.6 T-GDI with 177 hp got a Race Chip control unit.
