Hyundai showed on the video the new Hyundai TucsonSeptember 8, 2020
In anticipation of the debut, scheduled for September 15, the updated Hyundai Tucson cross was again shown in a teaser.
Now in the video, the South Korean corporation Hyundai has once again demonstrated the LED “boomerangs” of its DRL. The novelty will acquire non-standard “2-storey” headlights, which, together with a radiator grille and a design “unit” on the front door, will become part of the new corporate identity of Parametric Dynamics, already applied to the sedans Hyundai Grandeur and Elantra.
Many physical buttons and switches in the cabin will disappear. At the same time, there will be a digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen. The engine line of the new model has not yet been declassified, while it is assumed that it will be represented by four engines: a 183-horsepower “turbo-four” SmartStream with a volume of 1.6 liters, a 2.0-liter diesel engine, a 294-horsepower T-GDI turbo engine by 2.5 liters and a hybrid power unit Hyundai Santa Fe and KIA Sorento, which includes a 1.6-liter “turbo four”, a 60-horsepower electric motor and a 6-band “automatic”.
The updated Tucson will be on sale this year,
In addition, recently it became known about the recall of almost 600,000 vehicles of such South Korean corporations as Hyundai and KIA. It should be emphasized that the recall campaign concerns three models of the 2015 production year.
