Hyundai showed a teaser of the new Prophecy electric carFebruary 14, 2020
The public premiere of the mysterious concept car will be organized as part of the Geneva Motor Show. It will be a stylish sports sedan, which has something to surprise the audience.
Hyundai Prophecy concept electric car, which will arrive at the Geneva motor show in Geneva, will introduce a new design philosophy of the Korean brand. The automaker himself characterizes this style as “sensual sportiness.” A teaser issued by the brand hints at the early premiere of the novelty. He does not give any meaningful details about the new design philosophy, while retaining the intrigue. However, some details are declassified: wide rear wings of a rounded shape, vertically oriented tail lights, as well as a high and very rounded trunk lid, where there was a place for a horizontal brake light.
From this perspective, the Hyundai electric novelty evokes strong associations with the German Porsche 911 sports car.
The name concept car translates as Prophecy. The novelty has to determine the path of development of new Hyundai projects. Will the electric car go into series, no information. But interestingly, the teaser came out almost immediately after the announcement of cooperation between the Korean brand and Canoo startup. They will create an electric platform that will serve as the basis for future Hyundai and KIA green cars.
