The company Hyundai has published the first teaser image of the flagship crossover Santa Fe of the new generation. The picture shows the profile of the future car, the design of which will be very different from its predecessor. Hyundai promises to fully unveiling the car in February 2018.
The public debut of the model will take place at the Geneva Motor Show in March this year. Crossover sales of the fourth generation should begin in the second half of 2018.
According to unofficial data, the engine of the new Hyundai Santa Fe will include a 2.4-liter naturally aspirated engine. Also expected to be a 2.0-liter petrol turbo. Top versions will be equipped with a 3.5-liter unit. Diesel engine modifications will be equipped with 2,0- and 2,2-liter motors.
Earlier the novelty was already noticed during road tests at the Nurburgring. Judging by the spy photos, the car will receive a double front optics, a similar stylistic element will become a trademark of all future SUVs of the South Korean brand.
Earlier it became known that Hyundai until 2020 intends to introduce two completely new crossover. The first will be a compact all-terrain A-class, which will stand on the step below the model Kona. The second will become the flagship of the Hyundai crossover line and will take place over the Santa Fe model.
