The public premiere of the restyling model took place at the Auto Show in New York.
The popular crossover of the Korean brand received a lot of stylistic and technical improvements. In the process of updating, the Hyundai Tucson has a new radar grille, head optics and DXO, the front end and the forage, including the exhaust tips (in the SEL version and above), as well as the tail lights. Available new 18-inch wheels, updated 17- and 19-inch.
The interior of the car has changed the design of the front panel, vent baffles, leather seats, rear-view mirrors and dashboard.
The standard equipment of the model now includes a frontal collision avoidance system and a motion assistant within the band. The list of driver and security assistants has also been supplemented with a circular vision system, intelligent cruise control with stop and continue function and a driver fatigue monitoring system.
Hyundai Tucson 2019 model year has acquired an electronic parking brake in basic equipment, a high-beam assistant, rain sensors, a USB port for charging mobile devices on the back row and a wireless charging system.
The car is now standardly equipped with a Display Audio system with a seven-inch screen, compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Blue Link® Connected Car system with three-year free access to Blue Link services and a shark fin antenna.
At the crossover Tucson ‘2019, the composition of the power scale was revised. Two motors are available in combination with a six-band automatic transmission with manual mode: a two-liter four-cylinder with direct injection with a return of 164 hp and 205 Nm of torque (Value and SE), and a four-cylinder with capacity of 2.4 liters with direct injection, developing 181 hp and 237 Nm (SEL, Sport and Limited).
