Hyundai has published a teaser for his tiny crossoverApril 9, 2019
The official presentation of the South Korean novelty, which will be positioned as a crossover 2020 model year, will be held at the auto show in New York. The novelty will be located on the step below the Kona crossover.
It is known that the South Korean novelty will occupy 4,165 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width. As it turns out, Hyundai believes that in its current model range there is a place for an even smaller crossover model, in order to even more satisfy people’s insatiable appetite for crossovers and SUVs.
It is reported that the car will be located on the step below the Kona crossover, and its official presentation will take place in a week.
After the original teaser, which had the name “Venue”, the press service of Hyundai released a few more shots of its small novelty. Although these exterior sketches may make you believe that the car will have a 3-door body, it seems unlikely. If this is not a sports car, the demand for 3-door models has declined in recent years, so many small cars have lost this rather impractical design and began to use only five doors.
As in the case of the aforementioned Kona, the style of the new crossover is anything but normal. From two-level front optics to an intricate grille. The model will be called Venue. But the interior of the novelty has a more traditional design. We are pleased that Hyundai has made an effort to distinguish the appearance of the dashboard from the same Kona, and you will notice excellent storage space just above the glove box for an umbrella. The infotainment screen does not stick out as much as the Kona, and the gearshift lever clearly indicates the presence of an “automaton”.
