Hybrid Volkswagen Touareg sales start in NovemberOctober 30, 2020
Some time ago, the Car Home portal published information that the premiere of the hybrid Touareg PHEV will take place on November 9.
Not so long ago it became known that Volkswagen will present its hybrid crossover Touareg on November 9. The novelty will receive a larger grille compared to the regular version, which will connect the modified headlights. Overall, the front end of the vehicle is reported to be more modern.
According to preliminary data, the new Touareg PHEV will receive 19-inch wheels, four-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, a frontal collision avoidance system and a lane departure warning system. At the same time, the hybrid version of the car will lose air suspension.
The new Touareg will be driven by a hybrid power plant based on a 2-liter gasoline turbo engine, supplemented by one electric motor. The total power of the power plant will be 367 hp. and 700 Nm of torque. Information about the mileage on one electric traction has not yet been reported, however, it is known that a car can travel up to 1,000 kilometers on one tank.
