Hybrid Kia Sportage PHEV of the new generation undergoes tests at the NurburgringNovember 24, 2020
Photos of the novelty were published by the CarSpyMedia public.
Not so long ago, the first spy shots of the new generation Kia Sportage crossover were published on the network, which was filmed while passing road tests on European roads. Photos of the same car being tested on the most dangerous race track in the world – the Nürburgring were published today.
Apparently, the pictures captured the usual version of the crossover – it is known that for the Chinese market Kia will release a special extended version of the car. The details of the car cannot be discerned due to the camouflage, but we can definitely say that the front of the novelty will be made in the style of the “smile of the tiger” – the modern design language of the brand.
Note that a yellow sticker can be seen on the prototype, which indicates a hybrid power plant under the hood of the new Kia Sportage. This is not surprising, since the car will share a platform with the new Hyundai Tucson.
