The prices for the Japanese sedan Toyota Corolla 2021 model year in the performance of the Apex Edition have become known. The main difference between the new version of the popular model and the usual Corolla is the modified suspension.

The 2021 Toyota Corolla Japanese sedan in the Apex Edition was a pleasant summer surprise from the Japanese automaker. The new version of the compact car has a number of small improvements over the conventional model. However, until now, there was no information on prices for the new product.

Thanks to the foreign automobile service Cars Direct, which links to Toyota dealers, we can find out details about the prices for the new product. The Toyota Corolla will start at $ 26,065 for the Apex Edition SE model. The top version of the Apex Edition XSE costs at least $ 29,205.

It is noted that this is a hefty price increase over the standard Corolla SE and XSE models – $ 2,695 and $ 2,385, respectively.

For the extra money, Toyota is offering a redesigned suspension, the most notable change to the Apex Edition, lowering the suspension by 1.52cm thanks to new coil springs with internal dampers. The suspension is also stiffer, 47 percent at the front and 33 percent at the rear, which will improve driving dynamics.

Toyota has also revamped the car’s exterior with a new aerodynamic body kit, bronze body accents and a rear spoiler. The black 18-inch wheels are lighter than the standard Corolla wheel set, and their design is unique to the Apex version. Toyota also offers customers a choice of two two-tone paint schemes or a darkened solid exterior to help create gold accents on the body. The interior has leatherette seats with eight-way adjustment.

The only thing Toyota hasn’t changed is the Corolla’s engine. The Apex Edition models will continue to use a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 169 horsepower (205 Nm). Customers can choose from either a continuously variable transmission or a six-speed manual transmission. Toyota will only release 6,000 copies of the 2021 Toyota Corolla Apex Edition.

Not so long ago, we wrote that the new Toyota Corolla Cross went on sale. The crossover has finally reached the official dealers of the brand. Taking orders for the car started about a month ago.
