Honda turns Ridgeline pickup into an “expeditionary”October 26, 2018
On the SEMA show, the “expeditionary” version of the Honda Ridgeline pickup truck debuts. The machine, built in conjunction with the firm Jsport Performance Accessories, will demonstrate a new line of equipment and accessories, which, according to the idea of the project authors, should turn a pick-up truck into a traveling car.
Honda Ridgeline will be equipped with bottom and sill protection, off-road wheels and a suspension lift kit. In addition, the steps will be installed on the pickup, special cargo securing systems on the roof and trunk, and a gasoline generator. It can be used to power electrical appliances or gadgets.
Also on the Honda booth will be exhibited racing Civic Type R TCR, car for the American F3 championship, the Pilot crossover, prepared for the Rebelle women’s rally, and a concept car that the manufacturer calls the Honda Rugged Open Air Vehicle Concept.
