Honda showed a teaser of new Passport crossoverNovember 15, 2018
In the model range of the brand crossover will be located between the models CR-V and Pilot.
A couple of hours ago, the press service of the Japanese automaker – Honda, released a video showing the new Honda Passport crossover. The official presentation of the car will be held at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 27th.
Currently, the model lineup of the brand consists of five crossovers: HR-V, CR-V, Pilot, Ridgeline and Odyssey.
But soon, the company is waiting for replenishment. On the published teaser, a new car is depicted on top. The camera is high at first, but then it goes down to the car, but still we don’t give a look at the crossover in all details.
Nevertheless, we can see that the new product will have a slight resemblance to a larger Pilot (mid-size crossover). What else? The rear lights of the Honda Passport do not seem quite familiar to the company, it is also worth noting the hatch and the additional roof rack.
We know that Honda plans to place its new product between the CR-V compact crossover and the 3-row Pilot. Thus, the Japanese novelty will have to fight for the buyer with the Subaru Forester, Ford Edge and Nissan Murano crossover. It is also known that the mass production of the new crossover will be arranged at the Honda plant in Lincoln, Alabama (USA).
As representatives of the Honda company said, the new Pilot will be able to offer to spend time on a small trip around the city, as well as to overcome several kilometers off-road.
