Honda introduced the updated crossover CR-VJune 18, 2020
The Japanese automaker introduced the updated crossover Honda CR-V, which also received a new top-end version of the Black Edition.
The main distinguishing feature of the restyled model from the current crossover is the upgraded headlights with dynamic “turn signals”. Also appeared steering wheel heating and automatic lowering of the rear-view mirrors when reversing. Such options are already available in the basic version of the Honda CR-V.
The new version of the Black Edition is made in black and white decor outside and inside. The car is equipped with 18-inch aluminum wheels designed to “emphasize the strength and endurance of the crossover.” Front and rear optics CR-V Black Edition, including the main block headlights and “fog”, have a light tint. Black is also used to the maximum in the interior: the ceiling, seat upholstery, decorative lining on the panels and doors correspond to the overall SUV style.
In technical terms, the model has not changed. As before, the Honda CR-V will be offered in two versions: with a 1.5-liter 190 hp turbo engine. or with a hybrid power plant, which is based on a 2.0-liter aspirated and an electric motor. The total return of this version is 215 hp.
Sales of a slightly updated version of the CR-V will begin in Japan on June 19. The initial price tag is 3.36 million yen. Black Edition costs 3.77 million yen.
