The new Honda Civic received a modified appearance and an extended list of standard equipment
Honda introduced the updated Civic in the coupe and sedan for the North American market. The model received a modified appearance, an expanded list of standard equipment and a multimedia Display Audio system with updated graphics and a physical volume knob.
Externally updated Honda Civic differ modified bumpers, darkened head optics, glossy black branded “wing” on the grille, updated LED headlights, decorative details of chrome, as well as new options for painting the body: white Platinum White Pearl, red Molten Lava Pearl and yellow Tonic Yellow Pearl.
In the interior of the sedan and the coupe appeared a multimedia system Display Audio with updated graphics and improved Bluetooth support, the design of buttons on the steering wheel changed, and the shape of the cupholders on the center console changed. Improved noise insulation wheel arches, floor and trunk.
The standard equipment of the updated Honda Civic included a set of security systems Honda Sensing, including an automatic headlight control system, and a seven-inch digital instrument panel. In addition, for the model available seats with electric drive, heating and adjustments in eight directions, a sunroof, an autostart function, and heated rear seats.
The range of Civic engines remained unchanged: the atmospheric four 2.0 (manual transmission or variator) or a 1.5-liter turbo (only the variator). The output of the units is 160 and 176 horsepower, respectively.
