Honda introduced a 192-strong lawn mower

Honda company together in the BTCC partner Team Dynamics team will build a second version of the “charged” lawn mower Mean Mower. From the previous one, it will be distinguished by a more powerful engine, borrowed from the superbike CBR1000R Fireblade.

The output of a liter engine with liquid cooling is 192 horsepower (82 more forces than the previous version) and 114 Nm of torque. With it, the Mean Mower Mk.2 is capable of overclocking up to 215 kilometers per hour.

The first version of Mean Mower, built on the basis of the 20-strong lawn mower HF2620 Lawn Tractor, was equipped with a motor from the Honda VTR 1000F Firestorm sportbike. The first 100 km/h it accelerate in four seconds, and its maximum speed was about 209 kilometers per hour.

In 2014, Mean Mower Mk.1 entered the Guinness Book of Records as the fastest lawnmower in the world. At the IDIADA training ground in Tarragona, Spain, journalist Pierce Ward accelerated to 187.6 kilometers per hour.
