Today Honda E is available with two different engines. The first has a power of 134 hp, and the second is capable of producing 152 hp A more powerful engine allows the electric car to gain the first 100 kph in 8.3 seconds. Note that the car’s engine is located in the rear, the Honda E has a rear-wheel drive system.
For the operation of both motors, identical batteries with a capacity of 35.5 kWh are used. Cruising range without recharging is about 220 km.
At the same time, the Honda project manager left an intrigue after the conversation – perhaps the Japanese brand will develop something more interesting for the electric car than Type R. However, it is still unknown.
