Honda Civic will get off-road version based on the concept VersatilistDecember 20, 2018
Honda is preparing for the next auto show, this time held in Tokyo. The event will feature a conceptual version of the Civic Versatilist. According to preliminary information, the model has become the off-road version of the classic Civic.
Already in the spring of 2019, one of the most popular Honda Civic models will get an off-road version. To be more precise, the company will present a cross-modification of the hatchback, which will receive a new kit, increased ground clearance and an updated package of options. Experts are confident that the conceptual model Civic Versatilist will repeat the ideology of the Ford Focus Active.
The company is confident that the model will be in demand among young drivers, mainly using a car in the city, but often traveling on the countryside. Unfortunately, there is no technical information yet, and it will appear only for the car presentation. Judging by the first teaser, the model will get an interesting body kit with an emphasis on aerodynamics and sportiness. And the attention is attracted by the special “wings” on the front doors.
Inside, changes are also expected with a focus on a younger audience. Thus, we can expect more vivid decorative elements, seats with two-color upholstery and contrasting lines, as well as a new multimedia or audio system in the list of additional options.
